FACADE DESIGN and 3D FACADE MODELLING
The most appropriate time to include a façade consultant in a project is during the concept phase, when design work is underway. Comprehensive consultancy during this process allows potential problems related to façade feasibility to be identified. In addition, early coordination with structural design and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems supports the achievement of a fully integrated solution.

We provide facade tender consultancy services by preparing technical specifications for projects with completed facade and detail designs. As ADF Facade Consultancy, we believe that technical specifications are of critical importance to ensure quality and performance in projects. Technical specifications help projects to be implemented safely, durably and aesthetically by covering all details from the properties of the materials to be used to assembly methods, from compliance with standards to testing processes.
During the evaluation phase of facade tenders and offers, we carefully evaluate the offers and check their compliance with the architectural project, facade details and technical specifications.
By examining the drawings, samples, thermal and structural calculations, test procedures and other technical presentations of the subcontractor determined as a result of the facade tender, we make detailed comments and recommendations, and ensure that value-oriented solutions are provided.
